I have to disagree with being short on COH. Though you could end up being right if the overall financial markets have a rough month or so, I don't think the intermediate to long term is bearish for Coach. The company has great returns on investment and equity, and is extremely well run. I think the COH customer is a very loyal customer, and the company has great pricing power.

So, are you equally interested when a sports league that has been around for a few years suddenly comes up with the idea for a championship game? Or are you suspicious that the league may be about to fold?
Anybody that has followed COH for a lengthy period of time would have been able to tell you that this stock generally has this type of performance at this time of year. It has happened for the last 5 years as I have been watching. Of course, you "johnny come latelys" don't really get the full picture. And anyone that has a "short" position is very likely to write an article that could be designed to "help" his position. Let us know how your short position works out around Christmas time, would you?
