I live in Vancouver (the headoffice is Vancouver) and EVERY girl is wearing this. It seems to be really successful here. I have purchased some stocks and options as I think it will take off. There is some MAJOR sex appeal to the clothing…all the guys looking at Lulu cloths as they are tight fitting and so hot!

Ha! I hate Coach and love Lululemon too, well from a product perspective. But I do think the LULU stock might be a little pricy right now. I am hoping they’ll soon figure their inventory and material issues which they talked about during the analyst call a week ago…the company will do well for sure.

After your hate campaign on Coach you have a long position in LuLu? are you joking? what about long theory on CROCS? now 56 shoes styles, a new multimillion pair hit for fall/winter- the mammouth, and a PE/PEG metric that is possibly unbelievable.

Hi Zach, I have been watching this company, and trying to figure it out. On major metrics sss%, sales per sq ft etc its amazing. However its valuation is scary. Even compared to UA. Do you just plug your nose at that and think ‘well expensive stocks are expensive for a reason’ – I could not bring myself to buy it at these valuations. Even post IPO run UA (or UARM at the time I believe) was far cheaper. (but quite a bit larger) While I think this has a lot of opportunity in large urban areas, I don’t think it has as much in rural or let’s say not best off ‘well to do’ areas, whereas say UA gear is on every teenager in america. Thoughts?

I have never heard of LULU before I read this post. It does looks like the type of company that could do well on the heels of the Fed rate cut.
