WHy does Ceregon want to increase the amount of shares? My understanding is that there are three reasons a company does this.
1. To offer stock options to its company officers (CEOs)- I cannot fathom that they would be bail on us, the stockholder, but who knows...

2. Raise cash

3. Buy a company - maybe this need for more cash plays into their litigation with NEC, not so much to "buy" a company but perhaps to offer some sort of settiement that allows NEC to feel they their patent has not been infringed upon.

Question: what are the names of other companies that offers the same niche CRNT has and gives CRNT the most competition? Which companies, with a lot of reach and development capacity are agressively developing the same products?
