I’m nibbling here – but certainly not betting the farm. Rallies can be trade-able or cruelly short. Setting stops and playing both sides keeps me out of trouble.

I’d be careful about being sucked in. Bear markets pull down your guard; then stomp on you. This is exactly a point where it would do it. I’d wait to see a better technical condition in the indexes. People are rejoicing over 3 days of rally sponsored by More fed cuts, bond bailouts, etc etc. All news driven.

I’d remain patient before moving into the “the environment is more amenable” camp.
